They capture the same flavour profiles as some of our favourite farm teas while celebrating the beauty of seasonal herbs and flowers.
Meadow Mint Iced Tea
Inspired by our Meadow Mint Tea - A cooling herbal tea that's perfect after a day in the garden.
Ingredients
1 handful fresh peppermint leaves
1 handful fresh lemon balm
8–10 fresh chamomile flowers
4 cups boiling water
Honey, to taste
Ice
Lemon slices for garnish
Directions
Pour boiling water over the herbs and flowers and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and allow the tea to cool before refrigerating. Serve over ice with fresh lemon slices and a drizzle of honey if desired.
Lavender Grey Iced Tea
Inspired by our Lavender Grey Tea - A floral twist on a classic favourite.
Ingredients
4 cups brewed black tea
2 teaspoons fresh culinary lavender buds
Honey or maple syrup, to taste
Lemon slices
Ice
Directions
Steep the lavender in the hot black tea for 5 minutes, then strain. Sweeten lightly, chill, and serve over ice with fresh lemon.
Petals & Peels Citrus Iced Tea
Inspired by our Petals & Peels Tea - Bright citrus flavours with a hint of vanilla and warm spice.
Ingredients
4 cups brewed black tea
Zest of one orange
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh orange slices
Ice
Directions
Add the orange zest, cinnamon stick, and vanilla to the hot tea. Steep for 10 minutes before straining. Chill well and serve over ice with fresh orange slices.
Golden Orchard Cooler
Inspired by our Golden Orchard Tea - A naturally sweet summer refresher.
Ingredients
8–10 fresh calendula petals
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups hot rooibos tea
Ice
Directions
Steep the calendula petals and apple slices in the hot rooibos tea for 15 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey if desired, chill, and serve over ice.
Country Garden Berry Iced Tea
Inspired by our Country Garden Tea - A colourful tea bursting with summer flavours.
Ingredients
4 cups brewed black tea
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Handful of fresh calendula petals
Handful of cornflower petals (optional)
A few fresh lemon balm leaves
Ice
Directions
Lightly mash the strawberries before adding them to the hot tea with the flowers and lemon balm. Steep for 10 minutes, strain, chill, and serve over ice.
